SmartNote works much like an online email program such as hotmail or gmail. You register and create an account which you can log on to anywhere you have internet access.

To send a text message you type in a name or number into the ‘to’ field, set the content of the message and the time you would like the message to arrive and hit send.

Sending a message to many people at once

You can create groups of people to send a text message to. Creating the group is as easy as cutting and pasting from your existing excel spreadsheet or word document. Once the group is created you can then type in one message it and send it to the entire group at once.
